The Lord Jesus Christ called us to be the church. No, singularly, we are not “the church,” although may use that excuse to not attend a congregation. Altogether, we make up the bride of Christ, the body of the church, whom Jesus loves.
Jesus stressed the importance of prayer for the church and for us to pray for each other. We welcome members and non-members to join us on Sundays at 10am at 54 Ohai St for group prayer. We begin with worship music to clear the material world from our thoughts and invite the Holy Spirit to give us spiritual thoughts. We also hold prayer meetings at individual’s homes on Friday nights at 7pm.
